Note: this is not a typical trainer training course
You won’t learn boring standard theories about a head-to-toe structure in your training or what energizers and forms of work to give. You will go through a life-changing journey in which you will be trained as a hypnosis trainer. You will become proficient in unconscious influencing through mirroring, voice, nonverbal posture, breathing, using emotions, memory, preframes and reframes, assessing groups directly, responding to questions, self-hypnosis, upselling and much more.
Hypnosis for groups is an age-old discipline that still seems out of reach for many people. This is because true trainership is all about you being the instrument for impact. Real impact, in fact, is practical and ALWAYS happens unconsciously.
When you master this, you never have to “pull” on a group again: the group moves with you. Regardless of what you want to train!

What does the training look like?
The training from day to day
Day 1: Fundamentals of Hypnotic Impact.
On the first day of your training, you will receive a royal welcome at Hotel Des Indes The Hague. Here a transformation awaits you that you will take with you for the rest of your life. On this day you will learn the fundamentals of hypnotic impact on groups. You will learn to read the body language of your clients and groups. We will focus on connecting with your intuition and putting it to practical use. You will learn to respond to group psychology and dynamics. You will also learn hypnotic language patterns for directing audience attention.
No matter what your area of expertise is and what you want to teach your group, you will learn to present your message powerfully so that your group feels why it is so important.
Day 2: Self-expression
On Day 2, we will dive into improvising and acting in a way that suits you: a skill that ensures you respond to what presents itself in your group. This is the strongest way of impact because it comes from within your group.
You will also learn how to transform any kind of resistance into an amplifier of your authority, safety and depth. You will learn to use hypnotic attention shifting for groups. You will apply this directly through word usage, voice and intonation. Today we look at possible blockages around self-expression and visibility. In a safe way you will make great progress by practicing this in all space and receiving personal feedback.
This is where confidence in yourself, and in your ability to lead, develops.
Day 3: Training like an icon
What is the difference between simply being “competent” in your profession and being “unconsciously competent”?
The most famous ballerina of all time, Anna Pavlova, possessed mastery on an unconscious level: without conscious thought or analysis, she could mesmerize her viewers and take and hold the attention of groups. She was unconsciously skilled as a master is in his craft.
In the Champagne Lounge of the hotel where Anna Pavlova herself stayed, we will work on your identity as a trainer. In this special place, your journey continues into the world of unconscious mastery. Here you get a clear view of what you have to offer: what are you serving? We detect and resolve unconscious patterns that stand in the way of your success as a trainer and entrepreneur. Where is your unique beauty as a speaker? How do you relax into this? Day 4: Embodiment and Visibility.
At the most iconic place in the Netherlands you will be transformed into a hypnosis trainer. This day you will stand in your potential, in front of a group, in full glory and in your unique, natural way.
You will also learn how to pitch your offer in a way that suits you and your audience. We immediately translate the inner work into concrete steps: visibility marketing lessons that ensure your groups can find you because your communication to the outside world is right. You’ll also make great strides again today by practicing, receiving feedback and reflecting.
Today you will stand in front of the group in all its glory and experience what it is like to train with confidence and calmness. It is possible to have this moment recorded so that you can use this footage for your own marketing purposes.
Your journey will be crowned with the official Noblefire certificate that distinguishes you as a 5-star hypnosis trainer.

Who is this training intended for?
This training is for anyone who wants to guide groups with depth in the form of group meditations, presentations, retreats, group therapy, and trainings. And for those willing to step out of their comfort zone and invest in mastery, visibility, and a high-end way of working with groups.
Please note that you will not learn to teach hypnosis and hypnotherapy courses. You will be trained in the trainer profession, learning to use hypnosis for maximum impact on your group.
On location at Des Indes
The training will take place at the iconic Hotel Des Indes, a 5-star venue in the heart of The Hague that brings together luxury, history and sophistication. This special setting adds to the experience of the training and supports you to fully step into your role as a high-end trainer.
Small group
During this training you will work in an exclusive setting with a small group of a maximum of 10 participants, so there is plenty of room for personal attention and deepening. This ensures that you receive intensive guidance and grow faster in your development as a high-level trainer.

Replay recording
The theoretical lessons within this course are recorded so that you can review them later at your leisure. This way, you have permanent access to the knowledge and can deepen and integrate the content at your own pace. The exercises themselves will not be recorded, in order to maintain a safe and free learning environment for all participants.
Qualification and certification
You complete the training with a practical exam, in which you perform a training excerpt and/or group induction for the group (we can also record this for you to watch later). This will show that you have mastered the skills at an in-depth level and can apply them in practice. Upon successful completion, you will receive the official Noblefire certificate in recognition of your level as a hypnosis trainer.
Diplomination
Qualification and certification
During this training you will work toward your certification as a Hypnosis Trainer. This means that you are a trainer who uses hypnosis to deepen learning processes within his/her own field of expertise.
You achieve this qualification by performing a training fragment and/or a group induction for the group, in which you demonstrate your skills in practice. This moment is not only a test, but above all a powerful integration of everything you have learned. Upon successful completion, you will receive the official Noblefire certificate, distinguishing yourself as a hypnosis trainer who works on deep, unconscious levels.

Contact hours and study load:
The training consists of 8 half-day sessions of approximately 3.5 hours, spread over 4 training days from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. In total, the training includes 28 contact hours (contact time with instructor). The training is hands-on in nature, focusing on integration of knowledge, skills and professional attitude during the training days. There is no mandatory self-study; however, the participant is expected to have an active learning attitude and is recommended to repeat and deepen the course material and recordings in their own time.
For whom is the training intended?
For coaches, therapists and trainers who want to increase their impact on groups and take their trainership to the next level. This training is also suitable for professionals with experience in counseling who are looking for depth in unconscious influence and group dynamics. In addition, the training is designed for participants with the ambition to develop into high-level trainers.
Level of training:
The training is provided at the HBO working and thinking level.
Starting Level:
No specific prior education is required. Participants are expected to have an appropriate work and thinking level and be motivated to actively participate in the learning process.
Objectives:
a) Upon completion of the training, the participant will be able to supervise groups using hypnotic communication and unconscious influence.
b) The participant will act in an ethically responsible manner, focusing on safety, care and the best interests of the group.
c) The participant has knowledge of group dynamics, trance signals, and the interplay between conscious and unconscious behavior within a group setting.
d) The participant has the skills to respond flexibly and appropriately to situations that arise within the group.
e) The participant applies hypnotic language and influence techniques purposefully within group processes.
Study Materials:
At the start of the course, the participant will receive a handbook for their own use. There is no mandatory study material or required literature. Additional literature is recommended during the course to support and deepen the learning.
Exemptions:
There is no exemption policy for this course.
Assessment and Certification:
The training will conclude with a practice-based final assessment. The participant performs a training fragment and/or group induction in which knowledge, skills and professional attitude are integrally assessed by the instructor. With a satisfactory assessment, the participant receives the certificate of Noble Fire. If the performance is assessed as unsatisfactory, the participant will have the opportunity to retake the assessment at a later date at no cost.
